When you contact an owner or developer you can negotiate the best deal knowing that there are no agents fees to be paid.

Buyers and sellers can use this site for free.

It is not that we don't like property agents or think they don't do a good job it is simply a matter of giving buyers and sellers the choice.

Property agents can provide very useful services, support and information and the fees they charge are generally deserved for the work required in listing and selling property. You must decide if you require the services and support they offer or if you want to do more of the work and get more of the reward.
