One of the benefits of using an agent or a single property developer is that they will often organise property inspection trips for you. These will often be at a set price and heavily subsidised.
However the range of property you will be shown on these trips is often limited and the agenda is not controlled by you. Agents will only take you to the developments they have agency agreements for and developers will usually only take you to their own developments.
The alternative is to book your own inspection trip and then you can see who you want, when you want. This is more work for you but with the help of this site and some planning you can help ensure you find exactly the right property for your needs.
This is a useful checklist for helping you plan your own visit. You can store the information for 90 days if you have cookies enabled on your browser.
If you decide to purchase you will also need to contact a solicitor. Most developers would assist you with this if required.
We suggest you get professional legal and financial advice before entering into any legally binding contract to purchase or sell property.
NOTE: The procedures, laws and processes to purchase and sell property vary from Country to Country. Ensure you know what is required.
We have property away from the major resorts for people who want to get away from it all or who have limited budgets. Ask us for details.
